Rear end clunk on AT4 HD

Anyone experiencing a rear clunk when in reverse and at low speeds? At first I figured it's normal for a empty HD truck but the more I search I more I feel like that's not the issue. Thinking about bringing it in for a look but not sure if it's normal.

2500 or 3500?  I hear a clunk when my overload springs hit the frame bumpers and start helping. I only hear it going over large bumps with a ton in the bed. Empty the overload springs never engage. Does not apply to a 2500.

Keep in mind that some noise is a normal characteristic of leaf spring suspensions when traveling over rough roads or bumps.

I'm having the same problem on my 2020 duramax every bump little bump i hit I just spend 2k on 8 stage shocks and it's still doing it.i thought it was because it's lifted I'm going to try greasing everything I can and see it that helps. They make little pieces of rubber to go between the leaf springs idk if that will help.

yes they have also taken an interest in my22

i have never had an issue with any of my trucks with leaf springs making noise like this, except if a leaf was broken!

My rear suspension sounds soooo bad. Any turning or any bumps that's cause flexing or twisting of the frame the truck sounds God awful!!! I can stand on my back bumper and bounce and it sounds like a clunky, creaking p.o.s. This isn't my 7th truck but first 3/4 ton. It's been to the dealer 6 times. Through these 6 visits I've had it retorqued, inserts changed, leafsprings changed, new hardware and shackles. Nothing has fixed it. And now an engineer is telling the dealer it's normal and to stop wasting time on it! I'm behind disappointed.  Almost 80k 2022 at4 and it sounds like a bucket of nuts and bolts I'm the bed.

Just bought a 2023 2500HD AT4, 157 miles on it and it's doing the same thing.  You can rock it gently by the bed and it feels like something is loose with the axle.  Haven't taken it to the dealer yet.  The 2015 GMC I traded in was still solid as a rock after 8 years.

was it undercoated or oiled?

I’m having exact same issue w a 2023 Silverado 2500. Slow speed suspension rock or slightly cambered turns, same thing, under carriage clunks.  I have 500 miles, jumped on here to see if anyone else had same things before I start fighting the dealer.

Just bought a 2023 3500 and it’s does the same thing.  Just turned 1000 miles. Didn’t notice it when I picked it up only the last 200 miles.  Any info would be much appreciated.
