Readylift 2” spacer vs Icon 3 1/2 suspension lift

I just bought a 2021 GMC 1500 AT4.

LOVE how it rides, as is.  I just want it leveled.

no new tires or wheels necessary.

 

Went to 4wheel parts looking for a LEVELING KIT.  All they could suggest was the 2” readylift spacer with UCA ($1450 installed), or the Icon 3 1/2 suspension lift…coilovers, UCA’s, and rear shocks ($3,600 installed), which would technically only give me 1 1/2” over OEM for the AT4 (Apparently 2” is what I need to be level)
Not sure the Icon setup will get me level, but I know it will be a much better ride.

I’m conflicted. Will I notice the 1/2” rake the ICON setup will leave me with? Or does the ride quality of the ICON offset the lack of ride quality of the Readylift, the cost being it won’t be “level”.

 

Btw…I think the ride quality, as it is stock,  is ABSOLUTELY perfect.

Are you looking at Icon K73061?  If so, I had this installed on my 2019 2WD RST and can tell you about it.
