2013 Silverado 1500 electrical issue

So my truck is acting weird. I will be driving along and it shuts down for like a heart beat. 

Lose power to the pedal

All lights flash

Door locks pop

And as long as I am moving in the blink of an eye it's over and I keep rolling. If the "heart beat" happens when I am at a stop the truck stalls and I have to restart it. 

No codes when scanned.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

most likely a loose connection somewhere between the battery and the power distribution box but also could be a short circuit or bad ground

I have removed and cleaned all ground cables. None looked corroded or damaged. But cleaned and reseated them to be sure.

Battery cable(s) loose or bad.

Check battery voltage it must be 12.6v after driven and has sat for 15 minutes.

do the old wiggle test,with it running wiggle any wiring harness you can, including bat cables. tap on power dist box , ecm etc

Negative battery cable is a definite possibility.

how you make out? any luck finding the problem?

I would drive over the train tracks at a medium speed. Then I would do some off roading in the mud. Then some serious mud bog stuff. After that, I would have a few beers. If that didn't solve the problem, I would try the same thing the next day, and see of any of those driving conditions cause the problem to repeat. If so, its a connection. If not - I would replace the battery (from my other rig), and shut off ALL electrical stuff that is not needed, such as headlights, the A/C pump, stereo, blower, etc and see if that solves the problem. If that doesn't work, I would remove ALL of the items from my ignition key to make sure the extra weight from a bundle of keys is not rocking the ignition on and off. After that, I would disconnect the ECU and reconnect it. Then I would .... have a few more beers. Then I might install a battery voltage meter, and film the results with a phone to see if the voltage drops or spikes during the engine "skip".  You could also check the battery and charging system at a local auto parts store.
