Reserved AT4 refresh on night they were unveiled. Dealer called end of Jan for me to build. Went in and built on Feb4. Ordered AT4 refresh in titanium rush metallic, pricing came to 66k. Configuration was accepted but my truck has been sitting at an 0500 event code since it was ordered. This doesn’t make make me feel warm and fuzzy. Wondering if I should try another dealer or wait it out.

Just go to the gmc or chevy website, wherever you ordered it and initiate a chat with customer service and give them your order number.

I like that people are updating this thread with their results of what they ordered and the progress.

I'm anxious for the configurator to go live on the 3rd so I can see what I built and what packages I want, in case I wanted to make any changes to my order.

I had a tpw of 4-11 and now my tpw is gone and my status code disappeared too, thats what the chat said atleast, so they might be pushing things back or rearranging some things still.

It all seems so disorganized. Gm told me today my AT4 is still at 0500 but they used the term accepted but the dealer told me it’s in the system waiting to get picked up. My dealer screwed up though and told me they’ve had one AT 4 picked up. When I ordered mine I was told I was the first to order. Basically means they have the allocation to someone else.

Think they messed something up. Submitted order should be 1100.

I ordered a refreshed AT4 1/14. My order had an event code 1100 for roughly 6 weeks. GM acceptedd my order yesterday 3/1 & moved to event code 2000.

Refreshed LT Trail Boss 3.0 duramax. Pearl white. Ordered on January 7th and accepted on January 31st. I check status on February 23rd and I’m told my order has been submitted but not accepted. Just checked again today and it still says it hasn’t been accepted. Anyone else have this happen or have any idea why?

It means your dealer is waiting for allocation for your truck. They only get so many per week and every week its a different mix of trim and option constraints. They might get allocation for a lt trail boss but only with the 5.3l and so they put someone elses order into the system that week.

Does an order number ever change? I added the technology package and my updated order has a different number. It’s also now listed as retail sold vs stock. I’m thinking something happened and my order got redone and I was checking the old number.

I'm guessing they originally messed up and put your original order in as stock and reentered it as retail sold to fix it (which is what it should be).

This would make sense as to why the other number was showing as an 0500 event code.

    • Shock and spring rates are specific to the NHT max tow package.  Changing them will alter the performance of the suspension.   Not even the factory GM Trail Boss 2 in lift is compatible with NHT trucks as well.
    • Thanks, all. It sounds like keeping the software "as is" is the best course of action.
    • https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overengineering   Excerpt from the above link: (BTW the above is a 90 second read)   [Quote]   A story about very precise engineering is given in the 1858 story The Deacon's Masterpiece or, the Wonderful "One-hoss Shay": A Logical Story by Oliver Wendell Holmes Sr., which tells of a carriage (one-horse shay) Because it had been engineered so that no single piece failed first – no piece was over-engineered relative to the others, and they thus all collapsed at the same time. A similar quote by Ferdinand Porsche claimed "the perfect race car crosses the finish line in first place and immediately falls into pieces."[5]   [End Quote}   By Engineering's  own definition then; the AFM and Torque Converters, 4-5-6 clutch assembly of the 6L80E, and a dozen other common chronic parts and systems failures are "UNDER ENGINEERED". And by their own definition done so with INTENT. Ya can't have it both ways OEM's.

    • I was in Utah this week attempting a bow hunt in the Wasatch mountains with friends.  On the evening of the first hunt, making my way across a ridge to a friends camp, the upper control arm on the driver's side separated, the CV axle got trashed, and the wheel was dang near at a 45 degree angle to the ground.  I was able to get it towed off the mountain and into town about 3:00 am, and spent the remainder of the night in an O'Reilly's parking lot.  Luckily, there was a Chevrolet dealership not to far away so I was able to get to the dealership and pick up a new CV and UCA.  It would have been a few days before they could have gotten to the truck and I brought tools with me on hunt since it was a two day drive to get there, so I did the repairs myself in the O'Reilly's parking lot.      What's interesting is that the UCA ball joint didn't break, it just popped out of the bottom of the UCA.  There was VERY LITTLE evidence of grease on the ball joint or in the socket, and you could see where the ball joint had warbled out part of the socket over time.  I guess that's what happens over 186K miles of use :)   Big Kudos to O'Reilly's for letting me work on the truck in their parking lot.  However, they made a $150+ off of me from the purchase of various tools, so I guess it was in their best interest anyways :)   Getting towed off the mountain.   UCA Ball Joint Socket   Trashed CV   Suspension disconnected and UCA and CV Removed   New UCA and CV installed with the suspension buttoned up.
