Milky coolant

I have a 2005 Sierra 1500. 5.3l Vortex. The coolant is milky like a strawberry milkshake. Oil looks good, trans fluid looks good. It keeps running hot and I don’t know what’s causing it.  I don’t know what caused the coolant to become milky.  Any ideas?  I appreciate any assistance. I’m no mechanic.

Needs a radiator if the coolant is like a strawberry milkshake. That means transmission fluid is getting into the coolant.

 

Get that fixed before damage is done to the transmission as well.

Ya, you do not want water to get into the transmission. I would stop driving immediately. If you have to drive it, throw a $20 transmission cooler on it to by pass the radiator.
