21 Denali XM radio won’t connect after sitting

Hey guys, I’ve got a 21 Sierra Denali that after it’s sat for awhile, the XM radio doesn’t connect. I can select another XM station, then it will connect to that one and I can go back to the original and it will connect to that one after I’ve selected something else. Anyone else had this issue?

It's the sitting for awhile that's the issue.  Sirius XM would have the logic behind it.  Might want to call them.  I wonder if it has anything to do with a radio ID being sent every time you change the channel to verify subscription.

I've had a few instances of no radio with my '20 Sierra.  It generally goes away when I disconnect my phone from the USB-C, but a few times it's required me to shut the truck off for a bit before it works again.  Once again, the dealer couldn't recreate the issue.
