Parasitic drop on my 1996 chevy 1500 help

I have a 1996 chevy c1500 i did a parasitic draw on it & the fuse box under the hood the fuse called lighting pulls a draw so i checked the fuse box in the cab of the truck & the fuse #14 is pulling a draw when i pull the #14 fuse the instrument cluster goes out the battery will go dead in two days help

with both fuses pulled it still goes dead?

was it doing this before changing the alternator?
