Converting Silverado 1500 WT

Hello, so I have a 2021 Chevy WT and I am looking to convert my grill to a bow tie instead of it saying chevy and tali’s wondering where I would find a white bumper replacement instead of black. If anyone customized the Chevy WT, please let me know!

To use the factory LT/RST/LTZ style grille that have the bowtie in the center you need to swap the headlights as well.  Can't just swap the grille.

 

As for the bumpers, if yours are black now that black is actually paint so you can have those re-painted or you can just vinyl wrap your existing ones.

The grille with the big bowtie, the center bar is integrated to the headlights different than the "CHEVROLET" stamped grilles so you need the headlights to go with the grille.

I am guessing that you probably will not be able to convert the headlights to a higher trim. The wiring harness is different, the module controlling the headlights on the higher trims are different and your BCM probably won't be able to communicate with either of those even if you could manage to wire it in.

Pretty sure there have been posts on here about people swapping from the low trim headlights and grill to the LT+ stuff and it works fine. Not exactly a new idea.

Gen5diy has adapter harnesses.  Its all that is needed.  19-21 Silverado LED Headlight Harness – Gen5DIY
