wrexx Posted November 8, 2022 Posted November 8, 2022 (edited) Ok, so according to this gentleman he has 285/65/20s on his truck. All stock. No rubbing. I've heard from several people this won't work. I think it will and am willing to fix any slight rubbing issues...as long as they are slight. I plan on putting a leveling kit on as well which may help. Going on a 19 Sierra AT4. Has anyone been down this road guys? Edited November 8, 2022 by wrexx
HistoryTeacher2020 Posted November 8, 2022 Posted November 8, 2022 Hello. I run 275/65R20 (stock rims). I leveled my truck. I do not have issues w/ rubbing on my front wheels. Cheers.
wrexx Posted November 13, 2022 Author Posted November 13, 2022 So, I have a set of these ordered for my 2019 AT4. Will let everyone know how it goes.
Gangly Posted November 14, 2022 Posted November 14, 2022 34.5 will work fine but may require some love up front. The GMC trucks have slightly smaller wheel wells than the Silverado so they cant quite fit as large a tire as their brother. Aftermarket wheels with aftermarket offsets have quite a few issues, but as long as you stay with the factory wheels you should be able to get 34.5 to fit with little to no rubbing. People have been able to fit 35" tires on the Silverados as long as they utilize factory wheel sizing and offsets.
wrexx Posted December 9, 2022 Author Posted December 9, 2022 Ordered, installed about a month ago....they rubbed one time in full lock hitting a driveway at an angle. So, yes, they fit. thanks for the answers guys. 1 1

If 37's roll down the road but rub, then they don't fit... Tyler
wrexx Posted December 10, 2022 Author Posted December 10, 2022 Anyway, if I felt this size was not a good idea because they rubbed enough to mention I would say "no ,they won't fit." If you want to not get this tire size because I had a slight rub one out of 50x pulling into my driveway too fast then you go right ahead. That's why I noted it.
