2022 Sierra 1500 SLT trim with the X31 and trailer packages. cameras view while driving

Anyone out there that has similar truck that has a trailering package? I thought i could scroll through the camera views while driving. Now after the truck gets up to 8-10mph the cameras are unavailable.  Am i crazy is that the way they work. Dealer say that the way it works. I don’t believe it

Are the cameras on the X31 different than other models with regular 4wd or 2wd? I am betting the trim would have been more important and relevant to put in the title and the post than the off-road package you have...

Amcguy1970 I don’t think the off-road package has more cameras but the trailering package most definitely has more cameras. X31 is an off road package and trim of SLT.

My '22 SLT refresh would let you scroll through any camera view you wanted at any time.  I know the front one immediately set a 8 second (I think) timer on it and switch back off while you were moving though.  Not sure if the timer applied to the ones in the mirrors but you could turn them on like the rest.
