display not responding

2021 Silverado 2500HD. The display is stuck on the home screen. Cannot get the radio to change stations with nobs or with steering wheel controls. Cannot get radio volume to adjust with nobs or with the steering wheel controls. Any suggestions?

I haven't encountered that nor have ever heard of it.  Perhaps a battery disconnect for 15 minutes, remove the negative cable, then hook it back up might solve your problems.  If not it sounds like a run to the dealer for sure.

Mine acts up like that fairly often. Mine so far has always been fine after shutting off engine and restarting.

Mine was stuck once on the bow tie screen even after I tried putting in reverse. But it resolved itself and so far has never happened again. That was during the first couple weeks of ownership.

These trucks are basically all built the same.  So weird how there can be so many different results from a truck built the same.  Suppliers I guess.  Either you get a good one with no problems or you get a dealer queen.  A roll of the dice I guess.
