My new 23' GMC Elevation model surprisingly didn't come with the rear liners. My truck is white and it looks off without them. The dealership quoted me $175 for the set and $400 to install which I thought was outrageous. Any aftermarket replacements that anyone recommends and how was the install? I've seen Husky and Rugged liner sells some but I'm not sure how hard these are to install.

My 2022 RST was supposed to come with them but they got deleted due to the parts shortages. So I ordered them from the dealer and installed them myself when they came in. They are very easy to install. $400 is a cash grab.

Installing the rear wheel liners is WAAAAAY too easy to do, definitely not something you would pay somebody to do.

Also, I was really worried about the felt liners, but they are fantastic.  I've had them on my truck for over 100K miles and they are in great shape.  The best part for me was the noticeable difference in road noise, which I wasn't expecting since they are on the rear.

Its not 3 hours to install those.  Its 0.4 hours.

Go to the GMC accessories website and put in your ZIP and find a dealer near you.  You can even buy and pay for installation on there.  For example, your signature says Miami so if I pick one of the dealers in the Miami area, Lorenzo Buick GMC for example, its $58 for installation and $175 for the liners.  $233 plus tax.  The official accessories site uses the official published labor times for these.  You can even add in your My GMC Rewards points toward them.

Thanks for the info I wasn't aware I could do that. So I guess its best to go with the factory one instead?

My Custom Trail Boss did not come with rear wheel housing liners so I installed the factory liners. They work great. Dont forget to use your rewards points.

As I mentioned above, the factory ones do a great job of keeping things quiet and are very durable.  After having used them for a long time now, I would take the factory felt liners over the hard plastic liners found in the aftermarket.

$400 ?

This is f'ing ridiculous. $58 seems reasonable to me but $400 is a money grab for sure. They must think people are stupid .

If dealers keep this gouging BS  up they are losing a lot of customers

Of course I just got an email this morning that the items are on backorder. Hopefully they wont be for too long.

I just looked at a 2023 Chevy LT Trail Boss today. Nice truck, leather seats, sunroof and multiflex tailgate. No inner fender liners from factory. This truck is $67.000.00 and change!

On 2023 Silverado they are std on ZR2, LTZ and HC
