Replace standard tailgate with Multi Flex

I have a shot at buying a new 2024 Silverado 3500 off the lot but it does not have a Multi Flex tailgate, just the standard Power up/Down installed. Can the tailgate be switched out IF you can find a Multi Flex gate somewhere? If anyone has done it, how hard/complicated ws it? Thanks

I have read a lot of thread on this already, and most said the wiring wasn't there.. but they were referring to lower end models or older models and trying to retrofit the multiflex gate. Specifically interested in this because it is the power up/and down gate so the power/wiring would be different then the other situations I have read about.

Biggest thing is the wiring to have it function and getting the BCM programed to work and be ready to dish out about 3-4 grand just for the gate and have it painted to match the truck, I have seen some used from anywhere between $2500-to 3500 but still have to have it painted or you get lucky and find one the same color as your truck but same goes for the programming.
