Eh.  I'm not alone in helpfulness here.  There are plenty others that are a great help around here.  @Grumpy Bear, @MTU Alum, @Black02Silverado are 3 off the top of my head that come to mind.  Plus I'm not 100% right every time either.  .

Its good to be involved here in an online community that can have some good back and forth about issues, mods, topics, etc.  Better than the "social media" platform siblings too lol.  Things get WILD on there.

But thank you.  Glad to be of help!

I would agree. It's folks like him that make places like this so enjoyable, and useful, to frequent. I learn a lot.

Just when I think I should take some people's advice and move on, I think of the chaos that would ensue if I wasn't here to keep our good friend @Pryme in check.  So maybe I should hang out a bit longer.... 🤣

Oh, you're pretty close @newdude:D

So a softball for ya. I started to watch Dizzy's long term fuel trims and have noticed that right after a fill up they go negative by 20%+ or more for about 5 miles or so then back to neutral. Would my guess be close that this is the result of a Evaporative system purge?

I hope I didn't diss a lot of very helpful people out there.  That was not my intention at all.  This site to me is amazing, I love the respect everyone shows for each other, I love the bantering back and forth and the comedy.  It really is a great site to just sit back, enjoy a nice cold beverage of your choice when you have time and peruse around.  Lately I will say with the 24's and their 10 speeds and the new infotainment systems they have, when others have problems, I have no idea how to help.  I don't work on them everyday so I'm at a loss.  But I do still like to look around and see what's happening and if I see a topic or problem that I am confident that I can help with I will.  But that is getting rarer as each day passes.  Anyhow it's always a pleasure gents and I really do enjoy this site.  There's a lot of commaradie here that I never expected but am glad it's here.  I know what some of the comments will be headed my way, Dale, you need that new infotainment system and that 10 speed.  LOL...But in all reality.....and I've held steadfast to my word, I love my 22 gasser and will be keeping it for a LONG time!!!  LOL...sorry to disappoint you all....

I don’t plan on upgrading my poverty model 22 anytime soon either. I will say the only thing I may worry about long term is the direct injection. I would gladly lose a couple mpg for an old fashioned port injection. Time will tell if that’s unwarranted though.

I glance at the ford forum for popcorn time wasting and those 7,3’s look to be having a lot of issues vs our 6.6

I'm sorry buddy but everytime you mention your "poverty" level truck it cracks me up.  My custom is only one level above the poverty level one......🤣  Some call my custom model a plastic friday buy, (the thing you buy on the Friday you don't get paid) with a credit card....lol....Got to love plastic Fridays!!  🤣
