All good, Im only in with my time and a couple of clips LOL. Ill update after I look under the driver seat, I also saw that possibly on some years and trims the heated seat module is built into the seat memory module under the driver seat

Update: not under drivers seat either, only thing under drivers seat is GM23135935 which is memory seat module. I'm compley stumped, unless anyone has anymore input it's looking like I no longer have heated seats

Any luck after replacing that module?
I believe I have the same problem as you did. No heat from any of the 4 elements, yet power/light to the heated seat controls. As far as I know, all of the fuses are good, unless there's another fuse somewhere inline after the controls.

Did anybody ever find out where the heated seat module goes on a 2015 Silverado with heated seats and air condition seats waiting for some kind of response and thank you

Seat heaters with option KB6 (heated and cooled) are run through the bcm then to each individual blower assembly within the seat. Pass, drivers, upper and lower. 4 blower modules. Each blower assembly controls it's heater element.

I have a 2014 LTZ Silverado and the cooling and fans work. It is my work daily driver and nobody uses the passenger side seat heater. The driver and passenger side heat quit working but the fans and cooling still work. Does anybody know what module it could be and more specifically where is it exactly? It is not under the passenger seat as others stated.

Try searching for this on YouTube. I just checked & there are several videos on the heated seats for GM.

Heated only seats (KA1) have the module under the passenger seat. Heated/cooled (KB6) seats are controlled by each individual blower assembly.

try checking for voltage first at the wire that goes to the heating element for the back and bottom cushion. On level 3 (high) it should be around 12V at the 2 wires that go to the seat heater element. I had my 2014 bottom cushion go bad and crack an element because I sit with my wallet in my pocket and it burned out in that area but the seat would once in awhile get just a tiny bit of warmth on the bottom cushion and would be warm for the back rest.

My 2024 is so much better and can roast you when it's on high compared to my 2014, even after I replaced the bottom element on my 2014 seat.

I almost wonder if the heated seats in my 15 work as intended, but I've gotten so used to the ones in our 24 that it feels like the ones in my 15 arent working.

I did replace my fuses in the drivers side interior fuse box, and that seemed to help a little bit.
