Took me a while to find an LT with all the options I needed, however I had to forfeit the Bose system.(I was told no Bose unless I jumped into the LTZ trim)

Actually, I’m glad I did forfeit the Bose option, as I installed a set of the Pioneer speaker (6x9) in the front door, 6” in the back and the dash tweeters.

All from Crutchfield for under $200

TS-A693FH

TS-A709

TS-G650

These  speakers with high sensitivity rating, meaning stock amp can “Wake them up” at a reasonably low power supplied by the built in head unit amp, made a world of difference!

The low end is there, with out a need for sub.
It took less than 2 hours to install them.
Feel free to reach out with any questions….

I done something recently on my 24 as well. Pioneers speakers too.

It seems no one makes the adapters for the dash speakers, ended up splicing and soldering mine.

It made a noticeable difference, next down the road will be an amp tied into the factory harness.

My upgrade is quite noticeable wit the pioneer upgrade as noted before.   The OEM speaker show 20W handling power (stamped on the speaker) and the performed sub-standard as far as the acoustical expectations are; at least for me.  After the upgrade I get a very balanced sound.  The lows are rich, no need for a space wisiting sub.   The mods and highs are excellent as well.

Did you add any extra foam or any other sound isolation when installing the Pioneer speakers? I've seen some OE direct replacement speakers (forget what the brand is) that look like they have some extra foam around the perimeter of the speaker cone (at least for the door speakers) to help create an acoustic seal between the speaker and door panel. I've also seen some videos of people adding it by cutting them out of a foam block.
