I was on a different forum the other day. There was a post of a guy with a refresh AT4. He said the top part of the grill on his truck came off going down the road and it was totally gone. The only thing left were the plastic pieces that attach it to the grille about 10 of them. I said there had to be some hidden damage there that caused this. 2 guys posted that this is a common problem and one guy said they replace 2-3 of these a month. I've not seen any other posts with this issue so I thought I'd ask here. The picture shows the piece that was broken off.

Personally, I've never heard of this, never seen any other posts about it, and never seen a 2022+ driving around with this piece missing. My $0.02.

That's a new one for me too, but I also don't work for a dealership to know if it's really that common.
