Just bought a 2020 gmc Denali. Heated and cooled seats for front and back do not work. Lights on buttons don’t come on either. Tried to find module for any burn or melted terminals but not sure where it’s at. Fuses are good. Can’t find any answers anywhere. Thanks for the help

Module is under left front seat near the front. 2 connectors

I see a 2 connector module on passenger side  and maybe 5 connector module under drive side. From what I have found is the one under the passenger seat is a heat module but is that for just passenger seat? Driver seat looks to be for seat memory which is not working either. I can set a position but won’t return to it. Would this module on driver side include both memory and heat?

you have a power or ground problem, the switch should still light up even if the seats don't work

Do you know where I could get a wiring schematic for these trucks? My fuse is reading 14v on both sides

Upon further review, heated/ventilated seat module is under RF seat. It shows 2 modules. Don't know why. Should have 2 connectors, 1 - 10 pin and 1 - 16 pin.
