I was driving along when motor felt sluggish and i had to push more on throttle to move.  Felt like brake standing. front brakes were locked up solid. Service stabilitrack came up on dash

I removed ABS fuse and ABS pump fuse. Brakes released and I drove home. I re installed fuses and everything cleared. Until about the 3rd start up later and it did it again but this time no light on dash. I popped fuses and waited a little brakes released and drove home.  I've been driving all week with no fuses and no issues. Im thinking the EBCM but was wondering if anyone here has had this happen??

Sure it is the front brakes? It's common for the rear calibers to lock up because they're aluminum

There is a recall for this generation where the brakes lock up on one side. I know you said your front brakes were locked up, but this might be worth looking into:
