I know we don't have many Zr2'rs here, but what are you guys getting for milege?

I seriously think my truck is messed up, i'm only getting a measly 14mpg city, 16 highway.

Also, how many miles can you go between fillups?(full to empty)

Thanks!

Gotta love the ZR2 gas millage eh Zane

No our trucks arent messed up thats just what comes with the good looks ;)  Your actually around the average with the readings on the Zr2.com site.. A lot average around the 14-16.. I am way above average.. LOL  I get about 19 in city and about 23 highway..

Now mind you i completely baby my truck!  Plus it doesnt hurt to have a five speed in it as well..

(Sorry bout the kms to mile difference) I get around 500-550kms on a tank when i m doing mostly highway.. When its all city its a little less...  I was prepared from the start for less than average MPG ratings but i ve only been pleased with what ive got so far!!!

LONG LIVE THE ZR2!

i get better mpg than u guys!

so does the silverado..

its weird though.. My window sticker says that my truck would get 17 city and 23 highway..

I get close or better with that but i cant believe that 80% of the ZR2's would have less than what the dealer sticker showed..

I just looked at a new ZR2 and the epa estimates are 14city 17 highway. sounds like you are getting what it says. I get 15 no matter what i do.

Sounds about right. I have had my gas milage vary from as much as 20mpg to as little as 12mpg.

Per tank average is about 270 miles now, Immediately after having the fuel injector and poppet valves replaced I was getting a consistent 320 miles per tank full, but 10K later...270
