backup lights

is there any replacement bulbs that can be used to

make my backup lights better? I've got a '01 Sierra SLT.

Just add a set of aftermarket. I added a set of PILOT backup lights to my suburban. Also added a toggle so I can turn them completely off or if need be, like at the boatrap at night turn then on from the back ofthe truck without being in reverse or even with the truck running. Em me if you want more info.

They make 50 or 55 watt Halogens, one even has a backup alarm built in. Auto Zone or Advance Auto should have them, even J C Whitney.

I had a set of KC backups put just to the right of the hitch receiver tube. They're run by a switch which looks stock and is mounted in the housing where the airbag shutoff is.
