New Vehicle

Well today I got a new vehicle (well 2 )

 

2000 Chevy Impala, goldish/beige color, 3400 engine, power/heated leather seats, 51K miles. Pics to come soon.

 

This car is going to be my gfs weekday car to drive back and forth to school/work. I am going to be taking her 93 Escort to work and on weekends and trips I will b taking the impala.

no I didnt sell the truck dont worry. Between me and my gf we have 3 vehicles

 

93 Ford Escort - mon-fri work car for me, weekend work car for her

 

00 Impala - mon-fri work/school car for her, weekend car for me

 

00 silverado - all week mine whenever I need it. Basically a pleasure/work vehicle now. Take it fishing and do any hauling I need to do.

Glad to hear it. Nothing like a work car, cheaper on gas and you really don't care what it looks like as long as it runs.

cool very similar to my parents' Impala. My dad is wanting to find some used Impala SS wheels to put on it, I gave him the idea when pointing how that most people buy the "impala SS" to put big shiny wheels on with a expensive stereo.

hey snakeeyes do you guys have the trip computer in your car? For some reason I am getting 0C for the temp. Do you know how to calibrate it? I dont have a manual

nope, sorry, ours dosen't have one.

 

but from my overall car temp experience, you might need a new sensor, or it has become disconnected.

 

The sensor on my dad's 325iC is missing, and it reads -27C......BURR
