Mervz - You Still on Dry Land?

Recommended Posts

oh hey! Yeah, i've been fine.

I was at home instead of keene this weekend, thankfully. Otherwise the H3 might have been completely flooded :chill:

I'm back in keene right now. There's alot of dirty roads and puddles around. Worst part is that there's more rain on the way.

The most impacting thing out of this that happened to me, was that the main road I use to drive between Weare and Keene, was totally washed out.

This picture is of Route 9, one of the most travled east west roads in NH. Only one of three too, and one of two in the south.

Here is where i usually park

Here's just down the street from Keene, in the CENTER of a town..

Thanks for asking! :nopity:

Is that Keene, NY?  I spent a lot of time up there in my younger days, hiking in the area of the ADK lodge ne the Olympic x-c ski complex.  I think it's Rte. 29 that runs through there....

lol, no it's Keene, NH.

That road washed out is Route 9.

When Floyd came through here in 99, our shop here on base had 24" of water in it. We lost all our computers because they were all on the floor next to the desks.

Glad to hear your ok. So how do you get to work now if that road is gone? Is it a major pain to drive around it a different route?
