I'm not sayin the cop didn't just run over him. It may have been the mud. But that was funny as hell. I can assure you one thing. That kid will never run from the cops again. And definatly not in an open field. Saddest part is he will prolly get rich from suing the city.

If you don't want to get hurt, don't run from the cops! It's as simple as that. Running should be admissable in court as an automatic guilty plea. If you didn't do anything, there's no reason to run!

hey...you run and get the cops adrenaline (spelling?) up, and usually they're gonna take it out on you a little. not to the point of running over you... but probably some knees and elbows, etc. as they rub your face in the concrete and cuff you. Just about any cop...any state.

 

And although people may cry foul an say it's abuse....but I don't blame them. make 'em run and they'll make you pay.
