4x4 Wheel Bearings easy to change?

My sister's 98 GMC Jimmy 4x4's front driver side wheel bearing, we believe, is on its way out. It has a constant grind consistant with a 2-wheel drive bearing going, and varies a bit as you turn. Called the mechanic and he conferred that it sounds like its the wheel bearing.

However, i come to learn the hubs are sealed units...and the part alone would cost $150.00 I found a few of them on ebay for CHEAP....around $89.99 ...and i'd be willing to do it myself, but i need to know...

...how easy is it to replace these hubs? From the part it looks like its only 3 bolts behind the studs, and disconnect the ABS Sensor...but i dont want to involve myself in something that i cant handle, and have to tow to the mechanic.

I would also like to mention, that i gave up on replacing her shocks, because there was no room in that thing, and it was a bitch to work on.

The wheel bearings are very easy to change! The wheel bearing on ebay there is a cheap off brand and I would not even spend the money on it. Spend the cash and get OEM bearings through either gmpartsdirect or Partszone. Partszone is alot quicker with processing and shipping the order within a day. I sent you a PM for a how to on bearing replacement that was done and typed by me.
