In memory of 9-11

Thought it was fitting to start a thread to just take 2 seconds out of everyone's life to remember, again, 9-11.

A little time to remember to get angry at those a-holes who decided it would be fun to destroy millions of people's lives and scar a nation. People who had to values, morals, or even a backbone to up to the fact that they were just pawns of one of the most aweful men alive.

Of course, time to remember those almost 3,000 people who died that day. Who did nothing wrong and just showed up to work on that day.

From everyone at GM-TC, we thank those who gave their life on 9-11-01.

Amen.

Don't forget to thank those who continue to defend our country as a result of that horrible day along with their families who support them. I also want to give my personal thanks and prayers to all who have made the ultimate sacrifice and the families who have given loved ones to this great nation.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Discovery channel has been running some specials on the WTC incident and the hijackings of those planes. Really puts things into perspective just how horrible it really was.

My girlfriend told me that apparently they've declared it Patriot Day in the US. Kinda neat. Makes a good time to wear my Patriots hat.

I was off this morning on the last day of vacation after getting back from my brother's in Vegas Saturday(oddly the place I was back when it happened) and managed to catch some clips on the morning show I listen to as well as see the CNBC re-broadcast of NBC's Today Show from 09/11. It definitely gave me chills. God bless those who defend our freedom in this country and abroad. :banghead:
