My sticker was right around 35,000 (dont have it here right now) I ended up paying 25,837 for it. Its a 2009 LT1 5.3 Flex with power plus package, and some interior upgrades (power seats, dic, steering wheel controls)...

I've pasted an email sent to me just before I purchased my 2008 truck. I'd forgotten exactly how much they discounted my truck. It was substantial since it was last December and they wanted all the 08's off the lot because the 09's were coming in. So, there was the annual "Red Tag Sale" going on in addition to the corporate instant rebates. Just dumb luck I bought at this time and got a pretty heavily discounted deal. Otherwise, I wouldn't have bought a LTZ.

Hey I'm new here but I had to post my price even though I bought it pre owned technically. It's a 2008 Dark Crimson Metallic GMC work truck with the 4.3 v6, auto and posi rear end. It had 5700 miles on it and I bought it from an oldtimer for $13,000. Best of all there was no dealer bulls**t to worry about. Got it about a month ago now and I am very happy with the deal.

Guess I never did post the purchase price when I got the SD at the very end of March this year. It stickered for just over $52k (I know, crazy), and loaded. It's an 09 SD AWD, 20" wheels, rear sliding window, heated/cooled seats, sunroof, nav, etc. The only feature it didn't have was the RSE, which I didn't really want.

 

After GMS Discount and $4k in rebates, got it down to around $45k + TTL. I already squeezed all I could out of the trade and rather than work more on the price of the truck, we talked accessories instead. I had them throw in the painted fiberglass tonnea cover, bedrug, and chrome side steps as part of the deal. I had them also install the wheel liners and tint at the same time, but paid for those 2 items separately. They had a local custom shop do the work, so I figured I'd have it done all at once.

 

GAP insurance and ext'd warranty were a bit more, I believe around $2k - but still worth it. Then some equity on the trade helped soften the blow. Overall, even though it was still quite expensive and more than I wanted to spend (when it is not?), it was a pretty good deal.
