I just had my seats recovered yesterday. I included some pics. Can someone tell me if these are the new-new covers or are they the old-new covers?

 

Those are the new ones Jake!!

As you can notice,The outer panel sections are not a "velour like" fabric,but rather a "thread type" fabric.

I bought my 07 sierra used, and only disliked the truck because of the poor fabric. Even though Iam a second owner, am I still elgible for te upgrade?

As long as your still under the 3/36 warranty yes,If not then your dealer will have to ask for a "goodwill" replacement.

Its where your vehicle is out of the factory warranty,but the dealer contacts their GM area service rep. and ask for a "goodwill" repair.

In some cases the dealer doesn't even have to contact GM,They can automatically do a goodwill repair if there in good standing with GM.

Nope,Thats for the powertrain only,Seat covers are not covered 5/100.

I"ve got the other color seats, and I don't have a fix but I HATE MY STUPID WASTE OF TIME SEATS!

 

I wish GMC would take them pieces of crap out and put something in that you can sit in and not be scared to stain.

Of course, my gmc dealer has never heard of this, trying to say this isn't true making me feel like a complete jakass and causes more fustration
