Windows- Lock And Auto Roll Down For Pass Door?

Recommended Posts

Well, I've been noticing that my window lock-out button doesn't lock out the front passenger door, nor does "express down" seem to work on it either. On my 2500hd the lock and express down worked, so I don't know if it's a trim thing (I have LT1 now, 2500hd was LT2) or something's messed up with my door controls...Don't really have time to go to the dealer for every little problem as it always takes at least 2 hours to get anything done.

So basically does this happen with anything else's 07+ GMT-900 NBS?

Mine is the same as yours and I was wondering the same thing.

Thats odd. Both window lock and auto express down work on my front passenger window.

Yeah window lockout doesn't affect the front passenger window for me either. Really stinks. My dog rolls down the window all the time when she sticks her head out. Now she basically knows how to roll it down herself so that she can stick her head out the window. *sigh*

I'm thinking about fashioning some sort of cover for it, that I can put up when she's in the car. We'll see.

Thankfully no :D Otherwise her head would be caught in the window all the time!

Although, I'm sure you meant this in a more ummm... nasty way. Yeah we'll go with that. Happy Monday!

Oh no,I didn't mean it in a nasty way,I meant it in a "cute way"...You know like when she was done sticking her head out the window she would put the window back up.

But yeah,Your right,If she knew how to put it up her head would get caught in it :D

Odd...works fine on mine. I get in and push both buttons and both windows go down automatically. I'll try the lockout later on.

I wonder if the difference in these options is one of the differences between the SLE1 and the SLE2

Possible, but just seems odd. Those aren't special options or anything...should be standard.

Tested mine yesterday. Window lock only works for the rear windows, not the front passenger. I do have express power down for both front windows though.
