Zanio Weekend!

Well like everyone else, I decided to do a little bit of fall cleanup on the old truck. I don't know about everyone else, but these GMT 800s still look great and hold their own over the new trucks. I love the lines of the body. Other then a couple issues, its been the best truck I have owned! What do you guys think?

Looks great. :D

I too, love the body lines of the GMT800s. I think they look their best with no molding, and a set of factory flares.

You NEED to de-badge that tailgate though. The badges on the GMT800s just look plain cheap.

Looks good. Man I wish mine was that straight! Too many little dings on mine. I use to worry about them. not so much anymore.

Just have to find some time to clean mine up... Maybe this weekend.

Nice Truck!!! I used the Zaino myself to protect for the New England winter. I has the exact same truck in silver birch. The truck only had 37K on it and I had nothing but problems. I agree, I love the body style. I ended up trading it in for an 08 Sierra. I will post photos soon. I would have kept it but didn't want the headache as the warranty was up.

Thanks for all the comments. I have been putting off cleaning it for a long time so it needed to be done.

This truck has 64,000 on it now and haven't had to many troubles. I did the brakes once and a set of new tires. The only two major issues was the vent between the cab and bed was leaking and was allowing water to get into the truck and flooding the floor boards. The other issue was the dual climate wasn't working and it was only blowing hot air on the passenger side.

As for the black plastic I just use lexol products. They are a bit expensive but they do a great job as well.
