Headlight Adjustment

I finally got my leveling kit and blocks on and am trying to adjust my headlights but I can't find the screw or whatever to turn. According to my owners manual it should be toward the outside of the headlight by the fender but there's nothing there. Anyone know where it's at?

It is on the top of the headlight on the outside edge. If I remember right it is a reverse torx or whatever you want to call it. An outie, not an innie.

Outside edge towards the fender? I saw the "innie" one which I think is for horizontal adjustment.

Should be, yes. It is set down in a little.

After my leveling kit I just used a Phillips screwdriver for the vertical adjustment. The outside of the adjustment requires a crazy Torx thing I didn't have but the inside was a Phillips on my '08.

The adjustment screw is white plastic.
