Installed Daddy's Mirrors Today...

Bought a set of OEM mirrors with chrome caps for Fred. Finally got rid of those horrid Putco chrome covers. (that I initially liked for some strange reason... See sig pic) Living near San Antonio, I felt a bit like Joe Mexico with them on... Those Mexico guys will literally install anything chrome as long as it has adhesive.

I still think it would look even better with red caps and red door handles....and sans door badges.

I still think it would look even better with red caps and red door handles....and sans door badges.

I like the red and chrome look myself. The handles are GM though... not some add on cover. Door badges need to go but the truck is just so slab sided...

You know, a set of front door guards from the All-Terrain trucks would look nice. Have them painted red with the nice little chrome strip across the top.

Just go in and tell your dealer that yours fell off so they need to replace them under warranty.

Where can you get those and how much are they? I have a WT and would like to debadge but, I need the badges to break up the plain door on the WT's.
