Ecm Connector

I just got a new ECM and TCM for my truck to get tuned and 2 of the retaining pins on the black connector were sheered off. Whoever the supplier is, isn't very gentle it seems. If the missing pins were diagonal I wouldn't worry so much, they are both missing from the same side and I'm worried it could let moisture and dirt in there and cause problems. Anyone have any thoughts on this? I've sent Justin (who sent them) an email, but I'd like to get some other thoughts as well. Thanks.

 

EDIT: Justin is going to swap it out for different one, so nevermind. So far I like his customer service.

Unfortunately it is a common problem with these parts removers. We usually catch the bad ones before they go out, but some slip through the cracks. Sorry for the inconvenience, thank you for your patience.

Not a big inconvenience for me, kind of sucks that those guys manhandle things so much. Justin has has rectified the situation so all is good. As I said, great customer service.
