What Is This?

when we picked up our Silverado, we found this in the glove box neatly folded with the Owner's Manual, the Onstar Package, and the XM Program Guide. I have removed the Sequence number so nobody can steal our truck.

 

 

if anybody can tell me what this is, and if its pretty rare, let me know, and it will be locked away with the Key Tags.

Looks like a blueprint for your truck. All options, color, what cab etc.... Thats just a guess though

it looks like a build sheet used on the line to build your truck

unless you want to traverse 3 states, you ain't getting our truck, and besides, you don't have the Key Codes!! I however, DO have the Key Codes, and the truck is locked with the theft alarm active! so !

Looks like a build sheet to me....valuable to the truck at resale time, especially the older the truck gets.

Depends on the person doing the PDI,Most of our guys do throw it away with all the protective plastic.

 

The new 2010 Camaro's have three build sheets in them from the plant,one "crumbled up" in each door panel map pocket,and one thrown on the front floor.

cool, I bet the guys on Camaro5 request at least one of those build sheets be saved for them to frame and put in their garage! so Our Build Sheet will join its Key Tag Companions!

Assembly line build sheet.... Or that is what it looks like to me... They usually toss them in the car somewhere.....
