That absolutely sucks. I just got all my parts in. I'll have this working (hopefully ?) this weekend. I can probably sort you out if he can't fix it. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk2 points

Awesome! That 21mm socket got me too. That size is not normally found in a socket set. Had to put the airbag back on and run to the store to get one. LOL! The heat on the wheel does cycle. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk1 point

I’d like to thank @TinkeringFox for his video and @pgamboa for his help. I did the heated wheel mod after work, and I’m very excited to have it ready for the cold winter. For those who have the heated wheel, do you notice whether the wheel maintains co start heat or cycles a little bit. It might just be imagining things. I did want to add a few things. The steering wheel nut on my truck was 21 mm in size. I also wanted to,post a pic of the airbag with the two sensors. Overall, a very nice mod if you’re willing.1 point

Thank you to everyone on this chain. I ordered the module for my wife's 2017 Tahoe. It was stupid simple to install and IT WORKS. Thanks, again. Don1 point

The smaller tank = less weight. 2 gallons of less fuel in that tank = even more weight savings. Lower weight = more MPG Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk1 point

You should be fine, as stated above. It will rub a tiny bit, but not on anything important. I run a 2" RC level and this tire size with a +0 offset rim. Only had to trim the little plastic piece a tiny bit and pull back the liner. Didn't have to do either of these as the rubbing was very minor, but I wanted no noise when I turn at full lock. Hi quick question, does the center console come with cigarette lighter sockets or are they just charging sockets?1 point

Thanks Phil, Damn-it should have done my research prior to install and not after, I was counting A1 Auto helping but they were not at all helpful ... ok so at this point I need to tap into the wires connected to X500/x600 connector for corresponding pins #9, 11 & 41. Can you get to the back of that connector in the door jams on each side? Do you have any idea what color the corresponding wires are? Thanks for all the help/info1 point

I came from a 2000 3/4 ton that was all stock. Being a 3/4 ton it really wasn't bouncy, but I didnt care for the 4 speed and the lack of power at highway speed. This '18 NHT blows the old 3/4 ton out of the water, and it only got better with the Bilsteins. If you're happy with the truck now no need to change anything, but if the rear bounce starts to bother you upgrading to the 4600 or 5100 will make it better.1 point

Coming from my 09 Silverado, which really didnt tow all that well, I had just put a set of 4600 on the rear. It did improve. Then I traded it in on my 15, which tows soooo much better. Doesnt bounce around nearly as much as the 09 did. Im almost scared to swap out anything suspension wise lol.1 point

Correct the Bilstein 4600's and 5100's are basically an "all around" shock that's built for better control in standard driving conditions, better off road performance for general off roading and 4 wheel driving, and better towing performance. It really doesn't excel in a specific area of use more than the other. It's an upgrade to your stock Tenneco's/Rancho's so essentially how you would use your stock truck is how you should still use it with these Bilsteins, but with an upgraded performance in these all-around areas of use. These shocks aren't built for say taking your truck off of jumps 20' into the air. The 5100's are good for up to a 1" rear lift and they will level your front end. Anything more than that and you should consider other equipment. But these are the best shocks you can buy in my opinion for a stock truck or a leveled truck that won't be abused too terribly much outside of what we'll call "normal" truck usage.1 point

I should contact GMPartsNow.com and start asking for a kickback for the uptick in business they are getting now. LOL.1 point
