Not a fan of it, there is 1 around town and I see no hint of blue in it at all. I see it about every day in different lighting and it looks purples in all lighting and angles.

I believe laser blue (gmc) = imperial blue (silverado)

Nope,Imperial Blue and Laser Blue are two different colors,The Laser Blue is a limited edition package color only available for a limited time.

Its RPO code "PDH" and includes.....exterior color (21U) Laser Blue Metallic and chrome door handles and

mirror caps.

You will not find this color listed in any of the brochures or on-line.

I like it enough that I would own one for what little we drive the truck. But if I drove the truck everyday, well..... hard to say. It may grow old.

just looked at a pic of the laser blue and it looks very close to the imperial blue and i like it.....there is nothing wrong with a color that isnt the same as every other vechile on the road.....

gm's basic colors are getting old...red, white, black, pueter,grey...you see them everywhere....

It's noting like imperial blue. Its the kind of color that changes color in the light, and most of the time, it's PURPLE.

C'mon GM how about some variety in your colour choices. I couldn't believe how most of the GMT800 colours carried over to the GMT900. I've noticed a dark cherry metallic, but it wasn't deleted :-(

I'm pretty much sick of that blue granite metallic which looks more green than blue regardless of the light. I live in a village of 300 & 2 people own trucks that colour then you see the rest passing thru.

Back in the mid 80s we built trucks 1 year (US market only) that had 4 different colours from standard production. All metallics, a dark green, blue & gold (not sure what the 4th was). It was a hunting/fishing/camping package.

I have to say I really like it, I bought the only 2010 that my local dealer ordered. I like having a color that is different than most others.

And it only looks purple when you look at it in the sunlight from an angle, any other time it looks blue. If you look straight at it, you can definitly tell it is a blue truck.
