I'd be curious how it maneuvers in tight quarters, and also how the high speed maners are, especially things like quick lane changes, etc.

 

My understanding is that above a certain threshold speed, the wheels move in the same direction, so I wonder what happens if you are exactly @ that speed and need to change lanes quickly?

The color is Dark Carmine Red Metallic. It looks pretty good, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

 

We had it out to dinner this evening, and the keyfob stoped working (go figure?), so i'll have to mess with it tomorrow.

The manuverability of this thing is amazing with the Quadrasteer. It makes it so much easier to park.

Carmine Red is a nice color...  I almost bought one in that color except I thought it might show too much dirt.

 

I guess I need to adjust the hues on my monitor a little...  LOL!!!

The clearance lights do come standard on the QS truck -- because they are required by law (the rear of the truck has a wider track to allow for the rear wheels turning up to 12 degrees and therefore exceeds the width restrictions).

When you are near that speed the rear wheels perform normally.  Basically, at low speeds (up to about 25 mph) the rear wheels turn opposite the front wheels, at moderate speeds (25 mph to 40 or 45 mph) the rear wheels stay straight, and at high speeds (above 40 to 45 mph) the rear wheels turn in the same direction as the front wheels.
