1998 5.7l Oil Sensor Location

I think my oil pressure sensor is going bad. After warm the oil pressure gets very low and the guage moves all over the place.

 

I purchased a replacement sensor but was wondering if anybody knows where it is located. I have an automatic with the 5.7L V-8.

Okay, I got the the distributor cap off and was able to get the wiring harness off of the sensor. I tried getting to it with a crescent wrench but wasn't able to turn it. Is there any special tool that is needed to be able to turn the sensor out of where it goes into the engine?
