I would like to introduce myself as a Customer Assistance Representative from the GM Social Media group. The GM Social Media team is responsible for scanning over sixty forums, including this one, in order to provide customer service to those who utilize them. While we are not able to provide technical assistance, we are able to help in terms of customer assistance. This would include interacting with the customer in hopes that we can reach some kind of resolution together. We are looking forward to assisting those with concerns on the site. I can understand and appreciate you wanting to ensure that this is a legitimate outreach from GM. We are eager to be joining this online community and hope that we are able to provide some assistance here. Thank you.

Welcome Tricia!! Is there another way to get in touch with you through GM Social Media Group such as email or internet, besides this forum?

What's the status of my new truck? Order number PNHW9R. It is showing 3800 right now.

Thank you.

I have looked into your order and I am also seeing the 3800. This means that your vehicle has been produced and is awaiting shipping. You can also contact me by email at [email protected]. Be sure to address the email to Tricia. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact me. Thank you.

enjoy..

Did you ever contact GM Customer Assisstance regarding the concern with your OnStar? Did you have a case number? I would like to look into this further if you wouldn't mind contacting me either by private message or email. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you in advance.

Not to create a GM mark out session or anything but I have been extremely impressed with GM customer service lately (some of the dealers still have a ways to go though). You were very responsive regarding an issue I had last year with my "Certified GM" Truck and I just received a card valid for 3 free oil changes because the dealer that I used to work with lost their dealer status during the whole shake down....

Way to go above and beyond, and THANK YOU!

I've owned 19 new GM vehicles since I started driving, trucks, cars, suv's, in the past going to the service department was as much fun as going to a Proctologist. It seems lately though they have really stepped up and really go way outta their way to help me and make me happy or at least explain to me why something happened or needs replaced in a manner that doesn't make me feel like I'm an idiot.

Great job GM !!
