100,000 Miles

Today I hit 100,000 miles in my V-Max, it has been a great truck. I'm thinking of keeping this one for years to come. I do need to do some stuff to it. I need to replace the radiator, change spark plugs & tune up. It has been a great truck, it has had some problems but its always came through.

That is a beautiful truck for 100,000 miles. You obviously take great care of it. Has it ever needed the front wheel bearings replaced?

Niiiice. My 07 has 49k. I love it and plan on keeping it until it hits at least 250k.... that is really saying something for me. I am 27 and have had about 16 different cars.

The radiator is cracked, I'm either going to weld or replace it.

No it still has the stock front wheel bearings. Thing that sucks is that my 100,000 mile power train warranty officially ended. Since I bought it it has had the rear main seal fixed under warranty, new AC Delco battery under warranty, transmission fixed under warranty. Its been a great truck, hope to keep it for many years.

Yeah, these trucks are great. My only complaint about the V-Max is the weak sheet metal other than that it is great.

My 2010 (officially a year old 4/3/11) has 7,400 miles on it as of today.

well i guess now were gonna see some high mileage GMT900's since they are almost 5 years old. wonder if they will hold up as well as the 800's.

just hit 90,000 in my 01, but it had about 42,000 about 1 year and a half ago.

Just the trans a year 1/2 ago,no reverse in cold weather.got it replaced under warranty.but other than that no engine problems (knock on wood).
