New 2012 Silverado

hey guys, after starting with chevys, moving to fords, then to dodge, finally a toyota tundra i am back into the chevy world.

 

i am not real brand loyal, just what i like at the time. I would have kept my Crew max toyota tundra but my bro in law wanted it bad and offered me good $$ for it so i sold to him and bought this.

 

2012 silverado, ext cab, bucket seats, 5.3L, appearance package (a must imo)

 

of course the best color, victory red.

 

have a rough country level kit ordered (seems to be the most popular)

putting a flow master pipe on friday

going to order a tonnue next month.

Welcome back to the General. Great looking truck! You'll be glad you got rid of your Toyota, we have quite a few over here who have dumped their Tundras for various reasons. I'm sure its the same over at the Toyota forums though so it goes both ways.

thanks guys, yeah i was lured in my the big interior, thougth i had to have that...

 

well i never used it other than throwing my drunk buddys in....so figured it would be a few years before i start a family i might as well go back to the ext cab and then trade up later.

I would be one of those. Three Silverados and then a Tundra....like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz., "There's no place like home." It sure is good to be back in my Silverado.

thanks guys, i am liking the truck right now...

 

i only have 1 problem so far and thats sometimes it idles like its going to miss...only 400 miles on it...i will give it another week but if it continues i am going to take it in.
