Looking for shelf / storage replacement for DIC

Hey guys I have been banging my head against the google wall looking for this part. Basically I abandoned my DIC a while back in favor of an ipod in the glove that I could control with my steering wheel controls. It's been sitting there useless for years, until yesterday when I had the whole dash off for another repair, so I pulled it out. It just slides in and out on those standard GM clips so I figure there has to be a replacement storage compartment or little shelf or something, but I can't find it on google. Little help?
