So what makes Adams so good compared to other products ?

  • 110% guarantee. if your not satisfied they will refund your money plus an extra 10%

  • the best customer service i've ever experienced. they really work with the customer to make everything right.

  • they have a forum dedicated to customers with questions and their employees, including Adam himself are very active on it answering people's questions.

  • they really emphasize on paint correction and maintaining swirl free paint, you want to remove swirls and scratches in the clear coat, not just cover them up with fillers so they reappear a month or 2 down the road like other products do.

  • all products they sell are quality Made in the USA. only exception to that is microfibers which come from Korea, NOT China, and its premium 80/20 microfibers. and clay bar which is patented by ClayMagic, but they give you a big 200mg chunk of it in a resealable container.

  • the Detail Spray is hands down the best spray i've ever used to give a clean ride that "just waxed" look.

  • the Revive Polish is the best hand polish i've ever used, hands down. i never really messed with machine polishing until after using Adam's products so i don't know much about other brands on that end.

  • Invisible Undercarriage Spray will make your wheel wells "disappear"

  • Americana Paste Wax is the best carnuaba wax i've ever used. makes your car look dripping wet! i've tried meg's and mother's in the past and they just don't compare AT ALL! one tub of it will last you about 2 years!

  • Super VRT tire dressing is like everything else, BETTER than the competition. its not silicone based like other brands which clog the pores of rubber, causing tires to dry rot faster and leaving an ugly brown residue. it gets absorbed into the rubber and nourishes it to an amazing luster. its also water resistant.

  • the new Quick Sealant is probably the most revolutionary new product on the market. its applied by hand from an aeresol can and evened out on the surface with an applicator pad. takes about 15 minutes to apply to an entire car, and cures to the paint extremely fast.

but don't just take my word for it, visit their website, watch their instructional videos, read their customer testimonials and product descriptions

been checking it out, alot of info to take in! I do think i am going to give it a try even tho i have never seen *show stopping" white paint

No matter what product you do end up using MAKE SURE THAT YOU CLAY BAR!!. This makes a world of difference especially on a white vehicle. I'm on my 3rd white vehicle and the only way I can get a superior detail job is if I clay bar. Or else you see every single little piece of dibris that is sitting in the clear coat. Wash > Clay Bar> Wash > Wax Products (whatever system you end up using).

100% agree!

on white paint its also good to use an iron remover type product. its one of the only products i have that isn't Adam's

Wgats the clay bar all about??

A clay bar kit will come with a detail spray and a bar of clay. You spray a portion of the vehicle, and rub the clay over it. It will pull out all contaminents in the clear coat. Anything really.

Also, it will feel smooth as can be just after the clay bar. It also provides the best base to apply polishes and waxes. Also makes it way easier to apply polishes and waxes, and take them off.

Your final shine is gonna be as good as your prep work is! Make sure that the surface is smooth bye using a clay bar! If there's swirls and scratches in the paint, that will also kill the shine! The easy and fastest way for me to get a great shine is to wash, clay and then use the Meguiars DA Microfiber Correction System! This is an easy two stepper that uses a compound in the first step and a polish/wax in step number two! If your car is not in bad shape, you can use step two as a one stepper!

I usually do it spring and fall but I could probably get away with just spring. It all depends on how regularly wash and wax your truck. I like to do it before winter in Michigan because I like to make sure the paint is clean and waxed since I won't be able to really detail it again till April.
