My 3 trucks combined aren't worth anything here so no. I will be selling my 03 because it annoys me lol. Its clean, pretty low mile(115000 miles) so it will move quick if I price it around 6-7k. My buddy might buy it to replace his rotting away 01 Sierra half ton. Plus then he has a truck better suited to pull his car trailer.

I have a bad back. The discs above and below my bottom vertebrae are shot so it wiggles around instead of moving with the rest of my back. So I use the horse trailer since its low to the ground

Agree but there is a still value in the truck to use towards a new one. Sold my 2000 back in 09 for 13K

Nope guess not. I guess that's what I get for getting a new quad today. Oh well it will be covered one last time under warranty. Or I'll just get a better built tranny. Any recommendations??

Anyone heard any good things about performabuilt transmissions? They have some good reviews on the ls1 website, but those were from like 08. Not sure if their quality has changed

I feel like a 4l80 would be a bit more work on a 4x4. Tons of parts you'd have to hunt down.

 

Everyone talks about Finish Line trannys. I've never used one. Around here everyone uses Jasper's. They cost more but carry a 100,000 mile warranty.

This is coming from 4 WD experience but whatever lol. You guys can all do lifts, gears, engine performance ad ons but can't swap a tranny.... lol.

 

Whatever suits your fancy. Its just a suggestion. I have no input on 60e's as they are a waste of time IMO.
