Swapped out the gold bowtie for a black one

That was the first mod I did to my truck, a week after I got it home brand new. Hated the gold.

 

The stickers have been holding up pretty good for being just shy of 11 years old.

Changed the red SIERRA inlay to the carbon fiber to match the seats, etc. might change to matte black instead. Haven’t decided.

Yeah. The whole house is sick, so we avoided going out in it, other than a trip in the ice this afternoon.

Noticed some rust bubbles on the truck as I was putting my winter wheels on Saturday, in single digits.

 

Next morning, the truck was PURE WHITE  from the roads around here ... and I saw the coldest temp ever on the display in the 11 years I've owned this truck.

 

 

Then 5 days later ....

Guess that crap is on it's way here. Still in the mid 50's here right now, raining like crazy. Fog and puddles were insane on the roads tonight!

 

Everything is going to flash freeze tomorrow, so I'll make sure I'm not in a hurry to do anything. People will be in the ditch and on their roofs all over the place around  here. I can see the traffic jams now ...
