I'm in Sacramento, we drove from LA, and holy crap every 10th vehicle had some damage on it (driving the 405) and people don't require plates on the rear of vehicles? Way different than my home area.

 

Some people half drive like its Mexico as well. Just an observation.

 

Maybe Canadians drive too soft? LOL

In CA we have to have a license plate on the front and rear. the 405 is bad, I am guessing you took the 405 to the 5 to the 99 to get to Sacremento. if you took 5 or 99 you still drove through where I live
