They say that but it's just to convince the people with lifted trucks to get them. They are great lifted or not. If they were really for lifted pickups, they wouldn't come in stock height.

 

Also. The 5100's are shiny. That means they are good.

I was wondering what height they were for, but couldn't really find any info on that. What series do you have?

Which shocks would be above these bilsteins in terms of on road performance at a stock ride height? Koni's?

I have 5100's, ordered them off Autoanything I think. When you select the shock there are different options for the height from 0 on up. Might be the same with the 4600, they may offer them lifted too. I would think that the 51 and 46 perform similarly, wouldn't surprise me if the primary difference is the finish. I think the 46 is supposed to be more for hauling and towing but either will do great.

Get the 4600's. I think that the 5100's are overkill unless you want to be lifted (please don't).

 

I think there's more to be gained by doing the ball joints, bushings, and a rear sway bar.
