I've only seen one truck I really like stacks on.

 

And it was a crew cab 1500

There is a guy running around here in a red Dodge 2500 Cummins, probably '07-'09 that has stacks like the white one from the OP but they are probably a good 3 ft, maybe more, above the cab.

 

 

It is the most awful looking thing ever and everywhere he goes he floors it and trying to put out as much black smoke as he can.

You want to see stacks!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come up to the Bakken oilfield in western North Dakota eastern Montana. I don't think you can pull onto a rig site without stacks.

 

One of the forums up here actually have a contest you get points for all the added stuff on the pickups with a cellphone pic. They call it Bakken Points. It's pretty hilarious.
