I am in the process of getting a 6" BDS coilover lift and 35" toyo mt's on 2015 silverado. I was wondering if anyone has had any issues with gearing or more specifically needing to re-gear after swapping up to a 35" tire? Anyone with this set, is the 5.3 beefy enough for that size. I am used to diesels and this is my first gas truck so I'm just not sure what expect.

Most would probably be okay with it... but if you are used to diesels like me. There's a noticable difference in a gas truck.

And yes... Those wheels are atrocious

I have that setup on a 2014 Sierra. It's not terrible, but if you're used to diesels, you're gonna have to temper your expectations.

I'm definitely thinking of regearing it, but I also may keep it as it is for a while and eventually sell it to get into a Duramax.

I have a hard time making up my mind, or being satisfied.

If your use to diesels, then YES a regear will be wanted. I'm just running a 33" and want to regear. Mine hunts for gears and it's annoying. I plan on 4.56 gears this summer.

Just ordered my RCX 7" today, Does anyone know if factory 17s will fit the lift? I don't see any reason why they wont fit but RCX told me that I couldn't fit anything smaller then a 20. I wanna put my lift in when it comes in but my new wheels and tires are on back order so they will take alot longer to get here.

Can you post pics of your truck now with 35's. I am my 6" BDS lift put in next week and getting tires and wheels this week. What offset did you use on your wheels?

So I just ordered my RCX 7" for my sierra and i was just wondering is it possible to fit the stock 17s on the truck afterwards? I have a set of 35" tires in the shop and my rims and tires are on back order. I just wanna get my lift in haha

You'll need spacers to run 17's. Only stock 20's will work

Really? what would get in the way that would make them require spacers all of a sudden?

Here's how my 2014 All Terrain sits as of now. So far i've blacked out the grill and rear gm emblem, debadged, door handle swap and mirror cap swap, tint, 6" Fabtech lift and 35's. Upcoming mods are black window trim, aftermarket wheels and AMP power steps.

thats my thoughts. Ive been over the install papers tons of times. Ive looked over the parts, and bunch of different lifts. I cant see any reason why they wouldnt fit but i dont want to put the lift in find out they dont fit and then not have a truck while i wait for my 20s to show up
