I’m quite interested in others experience. Few people I PM haven’t responded. Rough Country says it’s going to be sensitive because the yaw sensor is under driver seat.

My suspension shop told me after I change my abs sensor he can’t reset the yaw so all will be good. Are they saying it will set the systems off often? My wheels are still tucked under the truck so the sensors should not be effected

I have read of others having issues with the traction control system. I believe there was a thread about it somewhere on the forums a while back. It seems to be inconsistent from truck to truck. Some trucks have a 9" lift and don't have issues, others had a 4" lift and have issues. I'm not sure if there was ever a solution found for it (other than disabling traction control). With my 6" lift I have had no traction control system issues.

RC told me that mostly it was due to yaw sensor being under drivers seat.

It seems to be random at times. Example I pulled out of my neighborhood with left turn and this time I didn’t get the light flashing and brake pulsing.

Maybe I’m used to goosing it out of the neighborhood and now with added heights and wide tires I’m causing truck to shift more?

I ran a scanner & it is telling the right rear abs sensor not reading so I bought a new one. Don’t know why it started acting up after the 6 inch lift? I will change it this weekend and hope I can clear the codes & all is well. Why would park assist not be working? Related?

It could have been possible that the cable to the ABS sensors was pulled too tightly when the lift was installed. Accidents happen and I imagine that cable isn't very robust so it could be easy to damage it enough to prevent the right signals from sending. I'm not sure on the park assist, it wouldn't hurt to check an make sure all of the cables going to the parking sensors are secure and free of damage.

Roger that I plan on going over the whole truck this weekend. The rear axle did come down a little too far when I was installing the blocks. Sure would like to have all the systems working properly I’m funny about that! If it’s broke I want it fixed! Other wise the truck rides like a Denali!

Fairly new to the site.  How do you do a proper search on this forum, any special tricks?  Tried searching "CST" and it shows zero results, which I know is wrong, I've seen their lifts mentioned several times here before.

Exactly the case! I changed the right rear abs sensor and everything is working fine even the park assist! I did pull the left rear also and cleaned it off they do get grease on them! Nice to ride proud with no warning lights on! Saving for the next piece of the project . 35’s and some amp research side steps!

So what do you think, you think it was the shop that messed up the connections or just faulty parts?

I did the install myself but the rear differential slipped off the jack while I was lowering it down & must have stretched the cable. The only thing we do not have at Gerber Collision is a trans jack. I had to borrow one to do the front diff. All my mistake. I made few mistakes along the way but lessons learned! I know the kit is intstalled properly! I will retourqe eveything in few more miles. Rides great! Fabtech 6 inch Gen 2 kit is the way for 2014-2018 gm trucks

With just strut spacers not necessarily, with the dirt logics it’s definitely a contender. Most knuckle kits are all VERY similar. Biggest differences are usually just the lift method (spacers, shocks, Coilovers), and the finish of the kit. The better kits offer Coilovers, and full leaf packs such as FTS, BDS, Cognito, and the upgraded Fabtech. Cognito is the top of the line as far as lifts go

For that price point Zone Off-road (owned by BDS) is superior

Is CST the only 4-4.5" kit that does not change track width?  Are you running full lenth coilovers on the red one or OE shocks with coil over extensions that CST provides in kit?

Can you run OE rear shocks with spacers or do you need to get aftermarket shocks with proper length?  If so, is bilsteins the way to go for the rear?  May also be considering the add-a-leaf for the back.
